Description of Work: Matthew checked all electrical and safety components and refrigerant pressures to the AC unit. Matthew identified that the system was running properly. He also changed the AC filter that I had previously purchased. Matthew was professional, polite, and punctual. I have always experienced this level of professionalism with Aire Serv Over the Mountain as I have used their services in the past. I will use their services in the future when needed.

Description of Work: The only thing they did was try and sell me a new system. I was told the upstairs system was leaking and needed coolant but he wouldn't add it because it would just lead out and it would cost $300, because there was one price for 1 to 3 pounds and I needed 1.5 pounds. I had assumed that he cleaned and serviced both units. | |Three days later the downstairs AC stopped working. I had another company come out. As it turns out it was the DOWNSTAIRS unit that was leaking. They added coolant and $75 per pound and got it working just fine. They also cleaned the coils which they said were filthy. They went ahead and serviced both units at my request. Both units are now running fine.

Description of Work: They came to inspect my central heating unit. I mentioned in my note to them that I needed a pressure test done to satisfy the local gas company and the county inspector, but they must not have gotten the message. Since the gas wasn't on he wasn't able to do anything except make sure the unit was getting power to the blower motor.

I was very happy with his work. The cost of service listed above included the $49.00 tune-up special from Angie's List and the cost of two filters (2@ $65.00). I highly recommend Aire Serv for any heating or air conditioning job.

Although it's never fun to spend big money on such, the professionals from Aire Serv made me appreciate the importance of this investment in our home. They were punctual, super friendly, trustworthy and most importantly they knew their stuff. They took the time to educate me on the SEER ratings and gave me plenty of options to choose from. I appreciated their approach and once the choices were made - the installation was completed in no time. They worked with me on financing and made that process as painless as possible. I could not be more pleased with Aire Serv - at long last, I've found my preferred A/C services provider!
Description of Work: Replaced our main level A/C system back in April, then replaced our second level A/C system, including heat pump and air handler. (price above was for second unit - first unit was $9,950)

+ -1 moreDJ is very good to work with, however he has two young technicians that ruined my new bamboo hardwood flooring. They walked around with a screw in their boot leaving imprints in the wood. Also damaged Sheetrock. We immediately contacted DJ and he was very apologetic and did what was right by turning in an insurance claim. We were sent a check from the insurance company. I would recommend Aire Serv and I would use them again. The next time they came to my house they were wearing shoe covers and were very careful. I think they made some positive changes as a result of the damages the techs caused. New water heater and heat pump work great and my gas bill has dropped significantly while my power bill has remained the same even with the conversion of the electric water heater from gas.
Description of Work: Replace upstairs HVAC system. The old one was a central air/gas furnace. They installed a piggy back heat Pump. DJ also installed a new electric water heater.
