Technician was very professional. They offer 0% financing with approved credit. I was quoted $4902 for a 2 ton Trane XR14 condenser and evaporator coil install. I am not sure if this is a good price or not, but they were very transparent in their pricing.

they went above and beyond, checked the filter, checked the coil, checked the thermostat and made sure it was working, i would recommend these guys to anyone.

Mike was professional and even got to my home before I did and was courteous to wait. As a new homeowner, I am oblivious to some of the terminology and issues. Mike was patient and explained everything that he was doing. I felt very well taken care of and was so confident in his services that I referred a friend even before he left the house that day.

Everything went super , from prompt arrival on schedule to the service performed .. did a fantastic job with cleaning the outdoor unit and a minor repair to some wires, matt went over some basics on the units functions , checked the refrigerants levels and everything checked out OK with no additional needs, asked for a quote on upgrading the current system to a heat pump and got a quote in minutes with the replacement and some minor duct repair .... overall a super company and team ... will call them again on any of my heating and a/c needs in the future ....

I have used some other company before and had them come out and they told me none of what that company told me was true. I used them once before and they were fine but this experience was terrible.

Matthew Colvin did a great job in his service work. He was friendly, professional and showed me different areas of concern. Although he quoted some prices to me for a new unit, I felt no pressurized sales pitch. If we replace this one, we will definitely use this company.

Matt was professional and competent. He gave me good advice and I could tell that he knew what he was doing. I would definitely use Aire Serv again in the future. Matt inspected, cleaned, and gave my A/C unit a good tune-up.

Called Aire Serv on Friday for Monday appointment. Given window of 9:00 to 11:00 for technician's arrival. Office called around 9:30 to inform technician was on his way. Matthew arrived promptly and was very professional in both manner and appearance. Explained to him that upstairs unit had suddenly stopped working about a week ago. Checked at thermostat and nothing came on at all. Then went into attic and immediately found the problem. The door on the furnace was loose and not depressing door switch causing the unit to not turn on. He said furnace is ok but noted age of system (15 years). He did not recommend replacing at this time. Did say that if problems in spring with AC then might want to consider replacing at that time. Gave quote and explained three different levels of systems that Aire Serv carries. No high pressure sales tactics at all. Would definitely recommend.

My furnace wasn't working when the technician arrived. He inspected the furnace, diagnosed the problem (which was minor) and by the time he left my house, my furnace was working fine. He was professional and nice.

Turned out to be a bad vacuum switch. I thought $300 was a bit excessive for a $30 part (installation included), but overall a good experience. Very professional and no up-sell. I had a new thermostat I was going to install, but Matthew pointed out that it wouldn't work. I opted for him to install a new Trane Wi-Fi unit for an additional $400 (it's a pricey thermostat, but worth it) Everything works great and no other issues. I'll use them again.

I initially was getting a quote regarding some duct work and possible cleaning. This was the 4th company I contacted to get some advice and evaluate our duct work and HVAC system. I have been very frustrated with the different HVAC companies that had already tried to sell me everything under the sun. I had gotten recommendations to replace my HVAC unit and others would say its fine. I had some say that I needed all new duct work and others say its fine. I had some say that cleaning the ducts was a great idea and others say that its a horrible idea. Each company has different scare tactics or shady pricing. I couldn't find a straight answer. I called Aire Serv because they were highly rated on Angies list (as were the other companies). Matthew Colvin came the same day I called to give me a quote regarding the duct work and was very open and honest and straightforward regarding his opinion on what work was necessary. He also helped to give perspective on why I was getting such widely variable advice and pricing. The pricing for Air Serv was straightforward and overall I had a great experience. Aire Serv seems to have a more open and honest way of pricing things as opposed to the other companies. (Many of the other companies leave the house and call someone at the office and it feels like they are trying to gauge how much they can gouge out of you, and they all seem to be working for a commission scaring/selling you as much as they can) This was not true with Air Serv and hope it stays that way.

Came out the same day I bought the deal because the furnace was not working. Could not have asked for a better response. They found the problem and gave us an estimate. It seemed high. $659.00 - $400.00 for the part and $259.00 for the work. My son works for and Hvac company elsewhere and got the part through his company for $90.00. Putting it in did not take long at all.

I contacted Aire Serv Over the Mountain from all the great reviews I read from Angielist . I call and made an appointment with Heather and she said she will call me back to see when the service tech could be out, she call me back immediately (within a minute) and said he can be out there either tonight after six or in the morning around 9:00, I told her in the morning was fine. Sure enough the Service tech Matthew call and said he was on his way out and was there at the schedule time. He was very professional, extremely nice and well groomed. He walk me through step by step what he was doing and what was going on with my heat pump and broke down to me in a way that I understood how it should be properly working. He gave me his best suggestion on what I should do in order to get my power bill back down to a normal cost, he wasn't a pushy seller at all. So I decide to get my entire unit replace because it was old and was their since the house was built. Matthew had the installation guys out there First thing Monday morning. The installation guys Justin and Josh was also nice and professional they went to work immediately and when they got done they showed me how to work the new thermostat and cleaned up everything after they were done. I will most definitely use them again.

I have an older system and when the upstairs unit failed, I called them out to inspect and advise. They determined that the blower failed and they gave me a price to repair. Due to the age of the system, the tech told me that I ran the risk of the system failing soon after and that a complete replacement might be a better option to consider. I thought about it for a week and decided to replace the blower to see if I could get another 6 months out of the current system. They came out the next day, made the repair, and checked the system over. There was a 10% off coupon on this website (though not visible on the mobile app - I'm looking at you Angie's List), and that helped soften the repair cost a bit as well. The cost of their services look to be slightly higher than competitors, but they seem to be prompt, thorough, clean, and professional. Overall I'm pretty happy with the work.

Service was fine. I was looking at a house to purchase and the unit would not come on. They came out and diagnostic the unit and told me that i should replace the complete system. I got a second opinion and they fix the a simple part on the unit and the unit came right on. I feel like they were trying to get my money

Fantastic. Found a similar problem with both units and let us know. We have 10 year warranties on both so he called the other company for us and they have already shown up to fix it. That is incredible customer service. They did not have to do that but it is greatly appreciated.

Our A/C went out on Sunday night 7/12 and we called Total Comfort Heating and Air. A tech was able to come out in a couple of hours. He quoted us $961 to replace the parts and that the office would be in touch in the morning to let me know if they had the parts in stock or would have to order. The next morning the girl called @ 8 am and I was at work. I came home and called her back at 10am and was told she was on the phone and would call me back as soon as she was off. I called back at noon ( by this time the house was over 82 degrees and was getting sweltering) and was told the same thing- I asked her to please have her call as soon as possible because I have animals and needed to know if I had to make arrangements to bring them elsewhere before they died from heat exhaustion.... Two hours later I still had not heard from Total Comfort. So, I called Aire Serve. Heather took all of my information- I read her all the info off of the invoice Total Comfort left.... she called a tech to see if he had the parts and he called me within 10 minutes to let me know that he would have to order them but they would be at the warehouse in the morning- not to mention it was over $300 less than what Total Comfort quited- and Heather would call to schedule a time and she did, within 15 minutes. He arrived earlier than I thought he would and fixed the a/c in 20 minutes. I am thrilled. I will be calling them again.

Our upstairs area was not cooling so 7/12 my husband contacted the company and by noon Matthew was here. After letting him know the age of the house and problem he did let me know that we were experiencing a very hot summer and typically a upstairs area would experience a higher avg temp of 75 degrees. I told him we were lucky to get it down to 85. He checked it out and found that the smaller outside AC was not working. Before he looked into the problem he promptly cleaned our two AC units, which were very dirty, our fault! Next thing I know I hear the AC units click on. He informed me it was the capacitor, and since we pre purchased the checkup and cleaning he was able to add the part at a discount. That was very good news. I have had past experience with well a known AC Co in the area and frankly I know I was taken to the cleaners, since I was told there was no problem but charged for a service call only to find the problem myself and buy the part and fix it. We will be relocating to Tx in two weeks and will use this company there when needed. Matthew was very professional and answered my questions about filter types and air cleaners.

Nice tech, efficient, honest...used them again in 2014, but since have found a provider (used by several on my street).
