Description of Work: Heat pump was no working. The coils had deteriorated and were no longer functional. Since the heat pump was under warranty the coils were free but the labor was about $1200. Seemed a little high but was in line with a different estimate we received. Personnel were professional, upbeat, explained everything in detail.

Description of Work: The service Tech arrived on time and was very professional. He cleaned and checked the furnace (pilot light wasn't lit) and checked it for safety. What impressed me was his frankness with the age and condition of the furnace (unit was almost 25yrs old) and recommended not replacing the furnace at this time if it was functioning properly and safely (which it was). He also checked the A/C and cleaned the outdoor unit. When my furnace does have to be replaced, I'll be going to AIRE SERV OVER THE MOUNTAIN to get a new one.

Description of Work: Perfect Rapid connect. I purchased the package on sunday and was contacted first thing monday morning and the Technician was at my house Monday early afternoon. The individual made sure on several occasions that i understood that any parts needing to be replaced was going to be charged. I purchased a A/C Inspection, Cleaning and Tune-Up Plus 1 Pound of Refrigerant. The Technician was going to leave without cleaning the air-conditioner unit. I had to remind him. Furthermore, the invoice said that he checked the living temperature; he only performed that once i asked how he "had checked the living temperature". |Overall, punctuality was perfect, the service was good. The price was questionable. The capacitor he sold me for $199 can be found online for a lot cheaper.

Got an email from them after the 3 dates I selected via website form on the deal when I purchased it saying a rep would call me within 2 business days to set up a service appointment. They never called for that, they missed the dates I selected through the coupon purchase on Angie's List. I sent email asking for refund. After a few more days they responded by email apologizing & offering a service call for free and a refund but neither have happened at this point. I've not had one phone call from this company pertaining to this service deal. This has been nothing but something that took my money with nothing in return. Just a bad experience all the way around on my first service deal I purchased through Angie's List.
