Description of Work: I just recently purchased a foreclosed home and wanted to have the heating and air conditioning serviced. Aire Serv sent out a representative at my convenience who arrived promptly and did a very thorough inspection with before and after pictures. Everything works great and I've already referred them to others.

Description of Work: Replaced broken dual mode heat pump with new higher efficiency unit. They estimated and followed up with me on what they could do. They were out the next day with the new unit. Removed the old, setup the new, no problems in one year. They were very polite, very professional, very punctual, and had the best price that I found. This was in August in the south, so getting someone out the next day and having a working system was great. No glitches. System was expensive, but I believe a good value from what I saw. I also service with the install for bi-annual maintenance. Each time they were great. I thought my second unit was broken. They reviewed while out there on service for the new one. They tested it and found it working, pointed a couple of future concerns, and did not charge for the extra work. I have since added my other unit with their bi-annual service as well. The cost was about the same as others single visits, even cheaper than some, and this includes two visits and cleaning per year. Overall, I greatly appreciate their company and people.
