+ -1 moreWayne was great! He showed up on time, he was very friendly, and he took his time to make sure everything was working properly. While he was doing the inspection he explained everything to us in detail. We had our report within a couple of hours! I recommended him to my sister and he gave her outstanding service too!

+ -1 moreTwo-story house with just over 2000 sq. ft. & two-car garage took about an hour & 15 minutes to inspect & cost $300. I saw cheaper and more expensive rates elsewhere, so I felt this was fair. All in all, a good experience.
Description of Work: I scheduled once for the next day with Mr. Littlepage at one property but had to cancel at the last minute. He was professional, courteous & extremely understanding and flexible with my scheduling. Once I had another property ready, we scheduled again, and I nearly had to cancel again because the gas wasn't on. He was as understanding as I was apologetic. Once we actually met at the house, he was more punctual than I was and was well-groomed, personable and honest. There were a couple small details that I noticed in the house that probably should have been caught on his report, but he came through where it counted. He was thorough about the heating & air, structural integrity, plumbing, electrical setup, I saw someone complain about their inspector not going on the roof, and Mr. Littlepage did not do that either. I'm not sure it's necessary. He inspected the attic for leaks (it rained the whole week before and that day) and with his trained eye, might have found it unnecessary to dig too deep into a house that looked to be in relatively good condition throughout.
