Out of 3 quotes, he was the best by far. I wish I would’ve went to him for my gutters earlier in the year as he would’ve saved me thousands of dollars! You can’t lose with this company! Mr. Horton and his team were excellent. After months of distress with the insurance company and over a dozen other estimates, I found this company. They understood the job and the possible problems. They explained everything carefully, gave me a written estimate and projected time frame. When problems with the house were uncovered, they again offered a solution, gave me a written estimate and stayed on track. They addressed all my questions and concerns. They did everything they said they would with professionalism and courtesy. They promised to continue working until they finished once they started and they did. I would hire them again for my home. And they cleaned everything up before they left.

Tommy and his group are true professionals and one of the best contractors I work with. As a builder, I'm constantly looking for the most efficient subs from a production and cost viewpoint. His group meets both and they're quality of work is excellent. There are some subs you use in the this business that you'll use forever because they're worth it; Gutter Shield is one of them.

Owner came out gave estimate and recommendation of product for my needs. Did not try to sell me the most expensive product. Look at house and determined the gutter screens would do the job. Once service was agreed on, installation date set. Workers came and cleaned gutters and installed screens in a couple of hours. Workers took pictures so we could see,work. Owner came by to make sure we were satisfied. I would recommend this company to a friend.

Contacted two companies. The first one said he could come over in two days to give us an estimate. We contacted Tommy at Gutter Shield and he said he would be over in about an hour to talk with us. He arrived and we walked around the house as he explained what would be done. He then took measurements in order to estimate the job. He then sat down with my wife and I and went over everything and showed us samples. We were sold on the product and Tommy. We made our selection of the gutter color and the gutter covers. We set up a time for the job to begin. We canceled the appointment we had with the other company. Tommy and his crew showed up on time and went right to work. I was very impressed with the quality of the work. After installation, we walked the entire job with the foreman. They performed the job beyond my expectations. There was no debris left anywhere and it only took a few hours for the entire job from start to finish. Later Tommy came by to make sure that we were pleased with the job.
