If I could give them 100 stars I would!!! ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ To say they SAVED our family vacation would be an understatement! We were out of town, stranded on the side of the road with 4 kids, 3 dogs, and a camper, and desperate! 🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️ A+ was actually recommended to us by a whole different auto shop— one explanation of our situation and they knew A+ would be the ones to help us! One call to A+ and they helped to get our truck towed to the shop and rolled right into the bay ASAP! Even offered to help get the camper towed if we couldn’t get the truck back on the road same day. They Kept in contact with us via text till the very end of our experience and I don’t think they’ll ever truly know how much they helped to put myself and my husband at ease! We were able to get back on the road and enjoy every moment of our vaca! And cost..... well let’s just say he probably could’ve charged me way more and I wouldn’t have known otherwise. Honest, hard working, amazing people at A+!!!

After six hours, she got a call from A+ that the problem was electrical and they couldn't work on it. Apparently, they're not qualified to do full service on VWs.

I must say, I was very impressed from the 1st phone call that I received from Eric. He called me 05/08/13 to tell me that the tires that I had purchased online were just delivered to his shop. I asked him when he could mount and balance them and he asked me when I would like to have the work done! I asked if I could do it the next day and he told me of course! He asked if I could have the car there by 7:00 AM and told me that they had a key drop box if I wanted to drop the car by there at night.Well, as things worked out, I had a Dr's appointment and was finished by 4:00. I went by A+ and I asked how much they charged to have an alignment done when they mounted my tires. When he told me the price I jumped on it! So they were going to mount and balance my tires and do an alignment for me (Another auto place told my DH that my car was out of alignment). I then asked Eric if I could just leave my car and asked if someone could drive me home. Eric was more than helpful and went to get someone to drive me to my house. Brian drove me home and even showed me a shortcut to get home that I did not know about. Brian was so nice and quite the gentleman. He even held the truck door open for me! I got a call from Eric this morning letting me know that my car was ready to pick up and that my car did not need an alignment! Saved me some money! It is refreshing to go somewhere that appreciates your business, is honest and truly cares! If you need work done, rest assured that they will take care of you!
