Arrived on time. William and Roger were punctual and courteous. Got all my refuse in one load much to my relief. A job well done!

When my bathroom was remodeled, me and wife put the junk in the dumpster for them to take it.

Making the appointment was super easy. I made the appointment online and scheduled it for the next day. I was also able to view the price estimates online which appears to be based on the amount of space used in the truck. On the morning of the appt. the driver called and asked if it would be ok if they came earlier than the scheduled appointment window, which was perfectly fine. The driver arrived and was very friendly and professional. With the price guide in hand, he asked is I knew about the prices. I explained that I reviewed the price guide online to get the estimate. He answered any questions that I had. He then started loading everything up. It ended up being a full truck load. It was packed! After everything was done, the driver thanked me for my business and said to let them know if they can be of service again. I will definitely use them again if I need their service.

I have a couch and loveseat to get rid of. I made my appointment online. Online they will not give you prices and it says that the people have to come to your house to look at whatever you have and they will give you a price then. Okay. Someone called me right away to confirm an appointment. The men driving the truck called me a few hours ahead of my two hour window and asked if they could come early. That was nice and I said yes. When they arrived the gentleman doing the pricing asked if I knew how their system worked. I said that you can not get prices online, only in person. He said yes and then proceeded to tell me that the couch alone would be $160 to remove.. He said he could charge me for both for that price as it was pretty steep. $160 to take away two very light pieces of microfiber and pressed wood furniture is way too much. I could manhandle them out to the curb for bulk pick up by myself, and I'm a female. I called this service because they are available almost every day and they will donate usable furniture, which mine is, and I'm getting my new couch tomorrow. So anyway, I told the gentlemen thanks, but no thanks, sorry to drag you out here and they left. I called King's Home instead and they will be picking it up free of charge and someone else will be able to use it. Moral of the story- I would only use this service again if I was in a bind. And even then I would try my neighborhood bulk pick up service first or use someone off of Craigslist.

Booked a Monday appointment online Sunday. It was super easy. They came when they said they would and were very nice to work with.

I have used them before and they are excellent. The price was good because if I had paid somebody independent to do the hauling, I probably would have paid twice that.

I made an appointment about noon on Sep 25 using the website and the Dan showed up, after calling and confirming with us, about 3:30 PM. He and his partner, Eddie, looked at the items and gave an estimate based on the volume of space they would take up in the truck. Then they loaded the pieces and took them away. It went very well. The website explains clearly the items the company can and cannot take and also discusses how they price their service.
