The person answering the phone said because had a ridiculous demand that never had been required and was not required by the alternative that ended up getting the job done. Very frustrating and time intensive dealing with Angie’s list. This provider was to get it done because of no shows and no call backs and wasted on site visits where the job could not be completed. I contacted someone else to do the job and who came out same day and did the work.
Description of Work: Change out a simple thermostat and check the connection between heat pump system.
