It didn't work out too good, and they were terrible. We had some kind of weed, and the guy came out, and said they would get rid of it, and for 8 months, they couldn't get rid of it. The rating on Angie's List made us choose them. Their price was reasonable compared to other companies, but they couldn't get the job done. They cut down the weed, to probably half in those 8 months, and every time I called him and said that it keeps coming back, he said that it will take time, I have to give it time. I told him it was 8 months, how much more time did they need? He would say that the guy would come out the next day, and he wouldn't show up. He would get nasty when I would call him, and he would tell me that I need to give him time, and I was not being reasonable. I ended up treating them myself, and when I did so, they died. I had to buy an expensive product, but it did the trick.

They come out regularly and we pay them annually. They just keep the grass looking good. We are satisfied and they do a really good job. Last year, we really had a lot of issues with our grass and they came out immediately. They don't charge us for the emergency visits. Another company came to take our business, but they were three times as expensive as Turf Doctor. We are really happy with them. When we see them, they work really early like 5 or 6 in the morning. When we do see them and talk to them or anything, they are always very nice. They are very polite and very helpful.

We pay for the entire year and our lawn looks great. My grass is even filling in areas that were weeds before. They do it on time, leave a note about what treatment they applied. I tried to do this myself with poor results and ended up paying the same amount that they charge, so they are worth it!

Turf Doctor has been fantastic. The prices are lower than other services that I have used. Their service is nothing but the best. You cannot ask for better service. They are very punctual and always call the day before they come to confirm.

They put stuffs on the lawn to keep it from getting nasty things like weeds and stuffs. They gave us some discount and charged around $300 for a year. We think their price is quite cheap in this area. If we don't have them, our yard gets overtaken with crap gross and all kinds of weeds. When they are coming, it stays alive. They do what they are paid to do. Their customer service is really good. They have always been really helpful with our any problems or questions. We would continue to use them again in the future too.
