SOUTHERN HOME REMODELING

As I indicated earlier, this work was done quite some time ago, almost 10 years to be exact, but the dealings I had with this company still stand out as one of the best experiences I have ever has with any contractors. Everything, from initial estimate to completion of this extensive project, was handled in a professional and timely manner. Workers were at my home when scheduled each day and the project was completed on schedule. Any questions I had were answered to my satisfaction throughout the process. The project manager (sorry, do not recall his name) consulted with me initially about ideas I had for features of the room I desired, like the built-in bookcase and recessed shelving. He made suggestions that I didn't know were possible, still within my initial budget, that truly enhanced the look of the room and the functionality of it. Great job from beginning to end. I am still thrilled with the transformation, even after 10 years! Southern Home Remoldeling delivers!

We were pleased with the estimate and the design plans. First, they had to knock out the walls to double the size. All new cabinets, semi custom, were installed next, followed by a huge island. All the countertops are granite. They did things like clean up everyday and put all tools away. The hardwood floors were installed perfectly. The kitchen was spotless at the end of the six week construction period. It is just a beautiful new space. Everything works as it should. We love the room.

The ceiling looks just like the original. The company did an excellent job. They took their time and worked so hard to make me pleased with the final product. I have had this company do several other jobs in my home and I will continue to until they go out of business or stop coming to my house because I bother them so much! The house is very old and has a plaster ceiling. Well the company patched the cracks by taking thin pieces of sheet rock and putting plaster and screws threw it. Then the taped it and mudded it.
