Pauls Pressure Washing

We had arranged for our home to be power washed after signing up for one of Angie's Super deals. In a telephone call prior to our appointment I had asked if he could also clean our gutters. Paul explained he didn't typically clean gutters but was willing to give it a try. He even contacted me shortly after our telephone call to explain he had purchased a special attachment for his hose that should do the job on the gutters. He attempted to clean the gutters prior to power washing the entire home but the tool didn't work as he had hoped. He was very appologetic. We then talked about cleaning our small back deck in addition to the agreed upon price for the home power wahing. Paul did a great job power wahing our home and our small back deck. Paul then told me there would be no extra charge for power washing the deck because he felt so bad abou not being able to clean the gutters. Paul was on time, professional, courteous and went above and beyond. I would recommend him to anyone in a heartbeat. Not often you get an idividual with such a great work ethic.

Paul responded to my big deal purshase almost before I clicked send on my computer!! Got the date for service locked on and on the date of service he called to let us know he was on the way, showed up when he promised and did a great job! Very friendly, polite and provessional. He will have our repeat business and our highest recommendation.

A small hiccup with scheduling as he arrived quite early the day of service and we were not home, so he was unable to wash the back of the house due to the locked gate. We called him back and he returned to finish the job the same day. The quality of work and timeliness of the service performed was nothing less than OUTSTANDING -- the home's exterior had never looked so clean, and continues to look great several months later.

The company personal were very polite. I was not able to modify my schedule so I could not us them.

I have to admit, I was a bit skeptical how well the job would turn out because during our initial walk around the house when he asked me to point out my areas of concern, Paul stated he doesn't use a ladder to reach the second story. I have had this work done before and the guy I used always used a ladder. Paul sprayed the entire house with some special cleaning solution and then pressure cleaned it from the ground. The whole process was really quick and again I this made me a bit skeptical because in the past when I have had the house cleaned, the guy took hours. So when I went to inspect the job, I was ready to point out areas he missed. But I must say I am not sure his cleaner has in it, but it worked like magic. My house looks like brand new. My house is partial brick and partial siding and not only did the siding look good, you could see the difference in the mortar between the bricks as well as the window trim, etc. I was so impressed I have hired him to come back and clean and seal my fence. I found Paul to be a very well mannered, polite professional who was responsive and prompt. He even cleaned my front steps after I forgot to ask, even after he had put all of his equipment away. We were thrilled with the results and would highly recommend Paul to anyone who asks.

After purchasing the deal, I was called the next day to schedule a time. We coordinated further over email, Paul is very responsive which made the process super easy. Mr. Paul Rose did an excellent job, the results were immediate and my home looks amazing. A few of my neighbors even stopped to talk with him and schedule service with him. If your home needs to be pressure washed, without question give Paul a call.

The cost was a little higher because my deck is a little bigger (about 60 sq ft larger). He was on-time, nice and competent. He knew what he was doing. It was high quality work and I would feel comfortable hiring him again.

Paul contacted me right away and set up a time for the pressure wash. He showed up on time and got to work right away. I asked about rust treatment and getting our deck done as well. Without hesitation, he offered to do both for an additional small fee (which I expected). I have not seen our house so clean! He was able to get rid of all the rust and the deck looks new. I HIGHLY recommend Paul and will use him again when the time comes.

The owner is prompt and professional. Read the fine print when purchasing the $159 special. An additional $40 will be charged on site which makes the total $199. He did all his work from the ground - no ladders.

Vendor was on time and very professional. He rinsed the windows several times to make sure windows were streak free.

He contacted me shortly after I purchased his deal, and we were able to get it scheduled even earlier that I anticipated because of a cancellation. Paul was great!!! He was prompt and very professional. I asked a lot of questions because I was generally curious about home pressure washing, and he entertained every single one of them.
