Pauls Pressure Washing

As stated over and again on this site, Paul was prompt, professional and courteous. We had our home pressure washed and was charged an additional fee of $30 above what we paid with the prepaid deal offered on Angie's List. This extra amount was expected as our house was larger than what was offered in the deal by 300sq ft according to Paul. He must have used Zillow or some other online site that captures a homes square footage. I didn't debate because it was close enough and in our favor. Additionally, we had a vinyl fence that he service with no additional charge. I was pleased with the results and as a result we have added a reminder to call him again in a year. In fact, when we told him that, he recommended we wait 18 months or so instead. That is appreciated as it shows he isn't trying to get our business unnecessarily. Good luck to Paul and his business. Paul was absolutely outstanding, responsive, professional, and perfect in every way personally. He went to my ex husband's address initially and then rerouted to my home. He walked the property and we specifically went to a section with a large tree-like camellia bush that I was concerned with him being able to work around. He said he could totally get around it. We continued to walk the property as I showed him my concerns, etc. He was fantastic! Great listener, and took it all in. At the end of the job, and I came home from work, I noticed quite a bit of missed sections, especially around the side of the house :(. By the camellia, clearly he didn't wash back there on that, and the covers for ventilation were not cleaned and had debris and such on them still. There were a lot of areas of brick with grass debris from mowing and the like still caked on so that was missed as well in the pass in the back yard facing the pool. On the lighting in the back there were still cob webs attached that I suspected would be gone. My chiminea was too close to the house, so I had a soot sort of thing on my overhang and that was still there. I wasn't sure if that would be clean or not, so I need to probably get up there and scrub that with a scouring pad by hand. Overall though a good job on the wash, especially around the windows and outstanding on the garage door! It is an older home, so for the price, very good job. Excellent? Not in my opinion but a very good job for the price!! He is an exceptional service oriented individual with an impeccable reputation. I would most definitely recommend him and use him again!

Paul's good reputation on this site is well earned. I purchased this exterior cleaning deal Wednesday afternoon to get the HOA off my back. By dinner, Paul had made contact, and we scheduled the work to take place the next day at noon. He called ahead to inform me that he could start a little early, which was perfect. Once he arrived, we walked around and discussed the work. He explained the chemicals he would use and how they wouldn't affect the grass or the dog. He got started right away and took about an hour and a half to get the job done. The difference he made on the house was substantial. It is now the right color! He was very thorough, and I have absolutely no complaints. He even took a few unexpected wasp stings for the team. (Sorry about that.) In addition to his quality work, Paul's demeanor and professionalism were apparent throughout the entire job. I plan to hire him at least once a year from now on.

I bought the deal on 9/16, and he came out on 9/17 to do the work. Paul called before the appointment to let me know he was on his way and arrived on time. We walked around the house before he started and he pointed out the issues (besides dirt) that the treatment would take care of. I asked about the chemicals he would be using and he told me what would be used. I asked if it would affect the grass at the foundation and he assured me that the two different chemicals used balanced out the Ph of the solution and that he would be basically watering my grass and that there would be no problem. He answered all my questions. For trouble spots, he went back over them a second time and made sure all discoloration was taken care of. I am very pleased with the way this pressure-washing spruced up the outside of my house. I would definitely recommend Paul to anyone in the Hampton Roads area.

I can't say enough good things about Paul's pressure washing. Paul came to my home and got right to work. The house looks so much better. He also pointed out some bad areas of wood rot when he was done. Awesome service, and I will use him again.

Paul did a great job and even though the house exceeded the square footage of the offer, he did not charge us extra since he said the house wasn't very dirty and he did not have to use as much cleaner.

Emailed Paul late one night asking about availability. Was surprised to get a reply back within a few minutes stating that he had some openings two days out. Was super easy to work out details with him through email. Paul showed up when he said he would, and did an excellent job pressure of washing the house. Will definitely be using him again!

I loved the service and he was fast and thorough. I was impressed by him going to get his own water tank when we discovered that my spigots were frozen!

Paul arrived 10 mins early and called to confirm the day before. We had purchased a coupon for just the house, but are glad we added on the fence and shed too. Paul contacted me within 24 hours and scheduled the service for a mutually agreeable date and time. He arrived on time and explained what he was going to do as we walked the perimeter of my property. He pressure washed the siding until it was free of dirt, mildew, mold, spider webs, etc. When he was finished, we walked the perimeter of the property to make sure everything was done to my satisfaction, which it was. He is a very pleasant, polite & personable young man and he did an excellent job. He is hard working and efficient. I will definitely purchase his services again when the need arises, and I highly recommend him.

Paul and his son did a fantastic job. Appointment was set at 10AM. Paul called at 8:30 and asked if they could come earlier. They arrive 10 min later and got right to work. House looks great. All the mold is gone. He said it should last up to 24 months. Great work.

Excellent! I had not had the house washed in a while and it was in need of a good cleaning. There was a lot of staining/mold on the gutters and the accent stucco around my door and windows. Its amazing how clean it is, all the staining and mold are gone. It smells clean. Paul was very friendly and professional.

I purchased a "deal" for the pressure washing. I listed the dates I was available and Paul responded promptly with a date that worked for us both. He called the night before to remind me that he would be coming by. He arrived 15 minutes early and immediately began to set things up. We walked the house and he asked if there were any areas of concern. He worked quickly and efficiently. I appreciated how neatly he did the work. Total time for the work was approximately 2 hours. I'd say it was money well spent and I would absolutely use his services in the future.

Well I certainly have to agree with the other reviews that Paul is very friendly! He responded quickly and had us scheduled on a timeline that worked for us. Paul arrived on time and was set to get to work when we asked last minute if he could also clean our driveway and the small patio our back. He was gracious enough to accommodate us and honestly I don't believe he charges enough for his work. We were very happy with Paul and the services provided and would recommend him without hesitation. A great guy providing quality work!

Paul did an excellent job!! The house has never looked better! I was concerned with some rust that was running down some parts of the siding after he pressure washed it. I e-mailed Paul and he was very prompt in responding. He said it was due to the nails behind the siding and that after a good rain it should disappear. If not he was more than happy to come out and fix the problem. I waited for a good rain and sure enough all the rust disappeared. I was impressed with Paul's prompt responses to, his professionalism, and his willingness to come out and fix the problem if need be free of charge. I would highly recommend Paul's Pressure Washing!

I can't say enough about Paul and the service provided. He responded promptly to my request for an estimate, explained the services he provides, and understood I was gathering other estimates. I chose him primarily due to the cost, but I was extremely pleased with his overall professionalism, courtesy, and commitment to providing outstanding service in a timely manner. I will be having Paul provide this service to me next year. I don't believe there is a higher recommendation I could give to this man; you definitely won't be disappointed.
