I did there work and they kept my money

Working together with the company was fine, yet there were many things that were no finished on our home. The company basically just built the home in a timely manor, but left the rest of any problems up to us. Besides that they did a good job. I just think they should have put a little more effort into their work.

They did an okay job on the home, and we didn t run into any major problems at all with them or the home. It seemed to have been constructed very well. They were dependable and responded quickly to all of our requests. We liked their design, but there was always room for improvement.

There were a lot of things wrong with our home. The hardwood flooring was hollow underneath in places, the doors didn t fit right, the plumbing in the bathroom always leaked, the foundation was shifting, and the tiles kept cracking. The molding around the floor was not nailed down, and they didnt honor the "punch list". The landscaping around the home wasn t done right. They redid that and then put in two different types of sod. It hasn t done any good to complain. You could not trust anything Glen Sittles, the owner, said. He had terrible service.
