+ -1 moreHad an after hour emergency when the shower stem came out and water started flooding the bathroom. The water had to be turn off at the junction outside. Spoke with Johnny after hours and he sent someone right out. Chris accessed the situation, went to lowes and replaced both stems. It was awesomely expedient..
