I called them about 10 am that day and he was here in less than an hour with his son. Mr Johnson’s son does the repair work for him. He sent his son out and he did the work. He came assessed what was wrong with my refrigerator and went and got a part. He came back and repaired it and it was all done in less than 2 hours. I really didn’t have anything to compare his price with. I looked at it by the cost of getting a new one and the price to get it repaired. It took me a while to determine whether I wanted it repaired or I wanted a new one. I needed to get a new fan put on it and I was told that it would probably cost $300 to repair and I didn’t have that money to repair it at that time. I realized my refrigerator was not that old and in a spot that it had to go so it would have been a problem getting a refrigerator that size. To me it was worth the $225.
