The technician brought 1 can of outside pesticide and sprayed it where the wasps were gathering. Also brought 3 pesticide bombs for the attic but only 2 worked. However I paid for 3. So far we haven't seen any more wasps gathering.

We've been using them for over 35 years. He's very responsive and always come back if I see a bug after hes sprayed. I will continue to use them.

They came out and sprayed getting rid of all the bugs. We will continue to use them.

I have been using their services for about twelve years. They are always friendly. Sometimes, they do call if they are in the area to see if they could come that same day, instead of scheduling an appointment in advance.

They have been my termite provider for the last 10 years. I am very pleased with them. The only downside is that they will call the day of and say they are in the neighborhood and want to stop by. I would prefer if they called in advance to schedule. All of the guys that have come to the house have been very profesional.

I have a yearly contract with them. They have been good. I have not had any complaints. They come out at least every three months. They have been great. They have been reliable.

I've used them for more than 30 years. They are fine. They treated the house when it was being built 40 years ago and they have been here ever since. They always call ahead of time before they come. They come by once a year and the price is always $100. I didn't have to have the new bait traps because I was under the old contract and the new bait traps would have cost around $300. I only had termites one time and they took care of that. Their price is fine because I've checked other companies and they were more expensive. They are great.

We have a bonding contract with them. They charge $155 yearly and that includes a yearly inspection. If they find termites, then they pay all the costs of extermination and damage repair. The nice thing is that this company also handles mold control, foundation repair and other services relating to the crawlspace area under our house. So, they will notify us if they observe any mold or evidence of water problems during the course of their termite inspection. Many companies could abuse this as an opportunity to try and scare you into thinking you need expensive repair, but these guys are pretty honest. On the last termite inspection, their technician noted some minor mold. They sent a guy out to look in our crawlspace to make sure we had good ventilation and no moisture issues. As it turns out, we had leakage from an appliance that was getting onto a joist beam and that was causing some early mold signs. So, Guaranty Pest Control helped us find and correct another problem we didn't know about even though they made no money in the process. These guys are honest.

We like them a lot. We have a contract with them. We live in a townhouse and they were the only company we could find that would give us a termite bond on our unit. They were the only ones that would work with us. All the other companies wanted us to talk to our neighbors and get them to sign with them so they would have it on the complete structure. They have had our business ever since. We've never had any termites.

Guarantee is a company that does excellent work. They call me to schedule appointments to spray, which I like. They really are a great company that meets my expectations. So far, they have preformed beautifully for me.

We see bugs on occasion, and they usually start showing up prior to their scheduled service call. They do a pretty good job, but I think they could improve in some areas based on how much we pay every year. However, overall they are a good company to deal with and we have been using them for while.

Guaranty Pest Control asked us before they started spraying if there was any area we needed them to concentrate on. They are very conscientious of their work and they used a good product. The price was about average. I would recommend them to others.

What I liked most about Guaranty was that they have been using the same gentleman to inspect and service our home. He was very nice sincere and very knowledgeable. We had a quarterly contract with them and he always let us know a day ahead of time before he came out. Guaranty Pest Control would come out any time you needed them to within each 3 months if you were to see any insects in your home.

Guaranty Pest Control is a reliable company that is here when expected. The workers are friendly and professional. They do a good job. I am happy with the results. They are an honest company. I have them out for services once a month. I would recommend this company to others.

They kept the bugs out and did it without being a hassle to us. The spraying had made an obvious difference which was always nice to see. If we had a problem all we would have to do was call and they came right out. The pricing was as fair as we could find for this area.

Guardian Pest has come out every three months since I started using them. They guarantee their work, so if I had a problem I could have called them back out at no additional cost to me. The spray that they used indoors was odorless, so there was never a problem with a bad smell in the house.
