The work was scheduled quickly (within 5 days of the estimate), and the team arrived on schedule.The work crew worked efficiently and with a minimum of disruption in our home.Clean-up was excellent, and the work was completed on schedule.We were thoroughly instructed on the operation of the new system.The new system cools well, controls humidity effectively, and is very quiet.We are very happy with the work.
Description of Work: Remove old air conditioner and furnace.Install new 16 SEER heat pump and variable speed 80% efficiency furnace.Upgrade exhaust venting for furnace and hot water heaters.Install additional air return.Upgrade insulation on one air return.Seal leaks in several ducts.

+ -1 moreThey were great. They were very professional, very thoughtful and very careful in looking over everything. They didn't destroy my house while they were doing it because they had to go in the attic and the basement. They are on my list and I will definitely use them again.
Description of Work: I used Dorroh Heating & Air Conditioning to do some work and analyze why my system wasn't putting out enough cool air. They serviced the air conditioner and they put in another intake register. They didn't put in the original system and the people that did the work originally didn't put in enough intake registers. The air conditioner system was doing great but it couldn't get enough air to push out a large amount when it gets to be past 90 degrees.

+ -1 moreOur water heater, air conditioner and our furnace all came from this company. We use them for everything. It never takes more than a day to install the units. There is never any junk left behind when they leave. Our trust has been earned over the years. Everybody is courteous with them. Everything comes with a good warranty also but they do the job right the first time. We have used them for close to twenty-years.
Description of Work: We have had them do the general yearly maintenance on the heating units and air conditioner.
