Description of Work: David came to my house and gave it a thorough inspection. He took the time to explain what he was seeing, why it was happening, and what needs to be done. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He then drew up plans for work to be done, and consulted with my contractor about implementation.

Hopefully, we can proceed on the repairs needed now that things have been documented and certified by an expert. Knowing this Company is on my side is the best decision we have made.
Description of Work: Provided valuable knowledge regarding the strucural integrity of our home that recently received damage and how to proceed with the needed repairs correctly. VERY knowledgeable in every aspect of the scope of his services. Provided excellent information for our Contractor. Professional in all aspects.

 + -1 moreThis company did a very complete home inspection. They provided a clear written report of all that they found. They took their time and didn't just pass through the house like some inspectors do. They were recommended to me by the real estate office I had used.
Description of Work: This company came out and did a complete home inspection on the house that I was buying. They also gave me a list of recommendation for things that needed to be taken care of before closing.

 + -1 moreThe man that came out to do the inspection of my home was a very professional man and he didn't leave anything untouched. He was a very personable man that showed up when he was scheduled to be here for his appointment. He was very thorough in his inspection.
Description of Work: He inspected the electrical, the foundation, plumbing, the attic structure, sewers and the heating and air conditioning.
