Description of Work: Years ago used this company to replace a frequently used unrelaiable company and have been with them since. Have never had a cause for dispu te and use annual contract for HVAC. In my opinion they are firs t class. have also used them for plumbing work with similar results and rat ings.

Description of Work: Aux Mechanical came to my house and gave me an estimate for my heat/air unit. It sounded outrageous and the salesman was pushy. I decided to get another estimate from another company. Their estimate sounded reasonable and I have had no problems. Aux was going to charge me with a service fee because I didn't go with them, but I told the owner about my situation and he didn't charge me. But he wasn't nice about it either. I would never use them again..someone told me that the servicemen had a quota and were pushed by the management to sell, no matter what. I don't know if this is true, but it makes sense to me when I think about the way the salesman acted. The nicest thing about the company was the receptionist.

+ -1 moreI have mixed feelings about Aux. I was referred to them by a commercial company I deal with. I have to admit their guys are competent. They did initial service and I actually bought a UV lighting system from them. I ended up pre-paying a service contract for the next year. Their communication is not good, from my experience. Their pricing is a bit below average, from my experience. So while I think they do good work, their timeliness, communication and pricing offsets that. Maybe I just had a bit of bad luck with them. I would not be afraid to try them. But I have moved on to another company for now.

+ -1 moreI have a yearly service contact at an unbeatable price. These guys come when they say they will, they are always quick and efficient. We see them twice a year and the service must be good because our units are working perfectly. If we did have a problem they would find it ahead of time for us. These guys know their business, what else can you say.

+ -1 moreWe had a yearly contract with them for $59 a year, to inspect all of our plumbing and air conditioning unit. They did a good job in fixing the leak in our shower and we haven't had any problem with the areas they fixed. We thought the price was fair.
