+ -1 moreI received a written estimate, and the work was the exact cost of the estimate. Same person that did the estimate, did the work. They started when they said they would, and were never late. This is the estimate and actual work trip. Everything was completely professional and would have no trouble recommending or using them again. Even though, I was only installing a new stove, it was not exactly a simple project. The existing lines were to small, around the kitchen and had to have more natural gas volume to handle the stove's load. This was a snow ball effect, and quickly involved more systems.
Description of Work: Natural gas work. Plumbed in the a natural gas line for a electric to gas conversion, range, and resized the natural gas system to support the stove.

+ 0 moreWork was completed in a timely manner, the reatiner wall was installed wrong and is still shifting. I didn't get it in writting that they would stand behind their work. I have had an engineer in this field, look at the wall & was told they didn't know what they were doing and since I can't afford to have it replaced, for now, I'm stuck with an unstable wall. I'm a widowed female, who feels like I was taken advange of because, I trusted someone who appeared to be honest and trustworthy. Lesson learned! From now on, I will make sure to get everything in writting, a contract that makes it clear what the total cost is and just because someone says, (don't worry about it) Does not mean you have no need to worry! A thousand + over what I expected to pay. I wouldn't hire this company again, I can't afford the hidden cost.
Description of Work: Whatever you do, get their price in writing! A price was given before the work started. The owner & I agreed upon $10,365.00. (which I stupidly took his word on)big mistake on my part. I did ask if they could level my backyard, since they had to dig all the dirt up from around the house anyway. He talked like that would be no problem & never said anything about there being a charge to do so. Then, I was told that I had to have a retainer wall built, to hold the moved dirt back in the yard. When, I questioned the cost of the cynder block to build the wall, he (the owner) told me not to worry about it. Leaving me with the impression that the cost would be included in the org. price. Upon completions of the work. I ask for a total, so I could pay them in full. After a trip to his truck, he came back with an invoice for a different amt. than what I expected. It was also very apparent, that he had written over the price he orig. had charged, I can still look at the total I paid & see where he wrote over the price on his white copy. I had used this company to put in a new septic tank approx. a year before this, and they did a good job, so I blindly trusted him to keep his word. I have not contacted this company or requested that they come back and fix what they did wrong. In order for me to make this an honest report, I felt that I should state this fact. Honestly, I don't trust them to come back and do it correctly.

+ -1 moreWe have used them for so many things over the years, and not a single time has any of the work given us any trouble. The sink and toilet wasn t much for them to do and they got it right. I must mention that most people believe plumbing prices were outrageous, but with this outfit you couldn t find another company to get even close. They did fabulous work on top of that.
Description of Work: They installed a new toilet and sink in our bathroom and hooked the sewer up to it.
