+ -1 moreThey were prompt, worked hard, didn't goof off, and acted professionally. They ended up having to come back as the metal roof continued to leak. They came back 4-5 times, I believe, each time I called to say it was still leaking. And I know they would come back promptly again if it started to leak again.
Description of Work: I got four wide-ranging estimates for the repairs to fix a leak or leaks in my roof near the fireplace and chronic leaks along seams in a metal roof over a screened porch. P-K Construction were some of the higher estimates, but the others didn't seem to address the problem as thoroughly. They discovered some rotten wood, replaced that, extended flashing up the chimney and taped the seams on the metal roof to seal them. They finished that day as promised and guaranteed the work for a year. They also cleaned up all the old wood and discarded shingles as promised.
