Fantastic customer service! Luke was able to come out quickly to address our AC problem. Extremely honest and professional. He determined that our AC unit was low on refrigerant. He quickly fixed the issue. Prior to moving here I had the same issue at a different house. Other service companies have tried to sell me a whole new unit. HIGHLY recommend SemperFi!!!

Our A/C suddenly stopped working. We called several companies for inspection and replace/repair estimation. Luke responded the quickest. He came checked the old unit both inside and outside and found the issue very quickly and explained it to me very clearly. I asked for paying the inspection/estimation fee because several companies that I called do charge for it and I forgot if SemperFi was one of them. Luke told me that they never charge for it. Later that day Luke send me an estimate of both repair and replacement costs. I told him that I need to get a couple of more estimates to decide and he was totally cool with that. After checking with other two companies and it turned out that Luke's estimate is the lowest. So I confirmed with him the next day. He started working on it right away. The weather was still very hot during that week and they got it replaced in the same day! His assistant, Reese, was very professional as well. They worked from 11am till 5pm to get it done. We were very delightfully surprised!! Especially my wife, she was expecting to endure the no-AC situation for a week! Luke also accommodated our request for using a thermostat that we ordered from Amazon. He actually came another day to have it installed because the delivery delay. Overall, we're extremely satisfied with SemperFi, with the owner Luke, and his assistant Reese. We would highly recommend without any hesitation to any of our friends and neighbors to use their services.

Fantastic job!!! Best by far in Auburn!! Luke took time from his family to assist my daughter, who's in college, when her ac went out in her trailer. He was prompt and thorough with his assessment. The ac was repaired and running within the hour. A must call if you have ac problems in the future. Don't call the big outfit companies that make up repairs you don't need, call SemperFi for all your heating and air needs!!!
