Lance Parker and his team did an excellent job. Lance contacted us the same day we entered the request and came to provide estimate on the date/time we agreed. We had some extenuating circumstances with a sick family member and Lance and his team did everything they could to maintain power in their room with a generator while they worked to remove a power pole and update the home’s power with a new box and physically move the power from a pole to attaching to the home. He coordinated with the power company and inspectors. He also repaired a power issue to the oven inside the home. Evidently it had always been on the incorrect switch. He troubleshot and determined it needed to move from a 40 to 50 switch. Everything looks great and is working beautifully. Thank you!
