Premeir 1 is located in Auburn, AL not GA like other "local" companies. He communicated well and did what he said he would do. We will call him again for hvac maintenance.

Rob was awesome! Friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. He explained everything he was doing to our HVAC system. I had an unexpected and unrelated issue with the unit the following day, called him, and he came right over to help. What a great experience!!

My A/C froze on Friday night. I left a message requesting assistance on the business answering machine. Saturday morning, I received a return call. Premier 1 Heat & Air arrived at my house, evaluated and repaired my problem, and gave me an assessment of expectations of my unit's performance and replacement considerations. I received through and comprehensive repair work at a reasonable price, in an expedited completion time.

Very good service. I had an appointment for 3pm, but would have had to take off work to make that appointment. They contacted me and we rescheduled for 5pm that evening, which made me very happy. This was only one day after I had initially made the appointment. The technician was prompt, efficient, and pleasant. The cost was about $50 less than I expected it would be. Excellent experience!
