Description of Work: They provided a full design plan for my house, including paint colors, lighting, kitchen cabinets, countertops, backsplash, furniture, drapes, lighting, art, and area rug. I plan to proceed with various aspects of the plan at present, and more down the line.

+ 0 moreSteve did a magnificent job! His pricing was very reasonable and he helped us out so much. We needed the job done ASAP and he delivered. He even helped us by picking up our flooring and delivering it to the house. He was meticulous and did not waste any materials. As a matter of fact, I bought more than he told me and we had 13 boxes to return. We were very please with his work. He even helped the girls at our rental with a flat tire while we were there. He went over and beyond his job duties. I would highly recommend him with no worries!

+ 0 moreSteve notified me by text message, with a twenty minute heads up, that he would be on time for our appointment and was! He arrived at my business (with clean feet) and got right to work. He first changed the lights at the front of my store to ones that were properly connected (unlike the old ones!) and meticulously placed! He cleaned up behind himself and I was able to open my store while he moved on to a room in the back that was previously unusable due to the lack of lighting. He removed the single pendant light and replaced it with one that brought a new usable space to light! He choose a light that looked good, was wired correctly, and cost efficient for my business too! He then went on to install new outlets in my stock room. He took the extra time to make sure that the outlet covers were aesthetically pleasing (something that as a female is important to me : )as well as perfectly, evenly placed! Once he was finished, he made sure that he had picked up everything behind himself and presented me with an invoice- that matched his quote! I will definitely call Intelligent Design and Renovation in the future. Steve was punctual (something that is important to me because I have very little flexibility in my schedule), polite, clean and honest! He gave me a great quote and it wasn't a penny more in the end and I felt comfortable around him. Not having much experience with repairmen- the experience with Intelligent Design and Renovation put all my anxieties to rest!
Description of Work: Old, faulty light fixtures in the front window of my business were replaced with new, properly functioning ones. Multiple, new outlets were added in a room where I previously had no electrical access without using an extension cord which was messy, inconvenient, and a tripping hazard for my employees. A room that had a small, inadequate light now has a nice, bright, cost efficient fluorescent one.
