Holland Homes did an outstanding job in solving a problem that many others had been unable to correct. There had a clear plan, were confident in their ability to solve our problem, and they delivered! We were so pleased with this work that we had them go ahead and replace the rest of the roof on the house. They communicated with us well, provided clear information on costs and dates, and came when they said they would. The quality of the work was outstanding. They made sure that the yard was thoroughly cleaned up and were careful to take care of our property while they were on site. The work itself was outstanding and we couldn't be more pleased with how the roof looks. Their costs were very competitive and we felt like we got a top-notch job for the money - a great overall value. We have other projects on our list and have already got Holland Homes lined up to come back and work on them. We highly recommend Holland Homes!

They did a good job. They finished it in a pretty timely manner and tried to be neat about their work. They cleaned up the debris. They have good customer service. They try to make sure the customer is happy. They plan their work and stick to the plan they provide.

They were awesome. The person who came out was very, very good. If I had a choice, I would have hired him. He estimated the work at $40,000 and it was definitely worth it because we had estimates from $20,000 to $60,000 on the same project. I had no problems with him but my husband preferred another provider. If his work were anything like his estimates, then I would recommend him to everybody. He came out, checked everything, and emailed me the diagrams. He had everything completely broken down in the estimate just like I had asked him to. Everything about him was good.

I chose this company based on their presence on Angie's list. They were prompt in answering the service call and coming to my house to provide an estimate for needed work. We experienced a leak in mour airconditioning unit, which is located in the attic. A leak developed and a substantial amount of water had begun overflowing into the ceiling and a wall. The ceiling drywall began to swell and discolor, but finally gave in given - ultimately falling to the floor of the bedroom directly beneath the air conditioning unit. Holland Homes determined the unit had been poorly placed and that the flex duct also had not been properly attached. They served as a dual provider in that they were able to repair the issue with the air conditioning unit, as well as repair the sheetrock damage in serveral different places. My only issue was that I incurred unexpected charges because their office was in Alabama and I live in Midland Georgia. The transaction was based a "cost plus" arrangement and there was no mention of the additional fee. With this said, I would recommend Holland Homes LLC modify their business practice such that they either 1. increase the percentage associated with "cost plus" arrangement, and/or 2. assess a one time fee for the excessive mileage Again, my experience was exceptional overall.

It was a free estimate. I liked their professionalism and the level of demonstrated knowledge. I liked the honest feedback and recommendations. Daniel Holland, the owner, said he could do all of the project but he recommended working through an architect first to develop plans to protect me and my investment because of the investment involved. I would use them.

He tends to do much bigger jobs. The experience was fine. He came out when he said he would and he gave us his time. The price was higher than we wanted. The price wasn't unfair but we didn't need as high of quality as what he was used to doing. We didn't think the price was high for what he was going to do.

Daniel Holland of Holland Homes gave us quote on work to be performed and told us approximate date he could start and estimated three weeks to do the work. When he knew the definite start date, we were informed of that and also that he planned to get the work done in only two weeks. He and his crew showed up on the designated day and did complete the job in only two weeks. The entire time construction was going on the crew behaved in a professional manner in our presence, and I feel certain, even if we weren't present. They kept the job site clean and orderly and cleaned up after themselves at the end very well. The work met our satisfaction and we are very happy with our new porch. The old one leaked horribly, and I can say that the recent rains demonstrate that the new porch does not leak and the gutters and downspouts are working fine. Daniel seems like an honest and knowledgable professional and I would not hesitate to recommend him and his crew for any work. We would definitely use his services again.

Holland Homes was great and professional. They were very responsive but their price was a little bit higher than what I could pay for. I would use them again in the future.

Started rough - they began the project the day before a predicted rainstorm, so we had leaks that soaked interior insulation and plaster ceiling. Also, a worker put his foot through an interior ceiling and did not tell anyone about it. But all mistakes were corrected to our satisfaction. Project went very smoothly after that and all the work was completed in a reasonable amount of time. This was a large and ambitious project, and Holland was the only contractor we talked to who expressed the confidence to do the job. We interacted primarily with Daniel Holland, a recent graduate of Auburn's BuildingScience program, who has also been doing this work for years. He looked at our project as a challenge that he and his crew would enjoy doing. He understood exactly what we wanted, and he explained in detail how they would handle the construction. He also contributed some good ideas on materials and design that we would not have been aware of by ourselves. The quality of the work was excellent, and we are completely satisfied with the results. The crew showed up every day at 7:30, worked hard, were professional and polite. Everyone involved in the work appeared to enjoy their jobs, and I think that contributed to the high quality of the work. Our next project will probably be new siding and windows, and we will definitely use these guys again. In my opinion, they are the best contractors I've dealt with in 30 years living in Auburn. Intelligent, competent, and good at communicating.

He has done a number of things for me. I've spent $2000 with him over the time. I spent $600 to $800 the last time. I'm impressed with his promptness, timeliness, quality of work, responsiveness and everything. It was actually Daniel Holland who was doing most of the work. I was very pleased with him. He did some things that somebody else had messed up so I was quite happy.

I felt that he was well qualified. He was very polite and accurate. He came back within another week and gave me a very detailed estimate, which I appreciated. When I make my decision, he will be high on the list of people.
