Description of Work: I just saw that this guy is on Angies List. What a crook. He took my money and did not repair the problem. My air conditioner in my trailer is older but other repairmen have successfully repaired it. When I called back he said he would come back out. Never did. Rude.

Description of Work: Carter Pitts, the owner, came the same day that I called and fixed my condenser, restoring the function of my heating system for a reasonable fee. He was very thorough in understanding my concerns and called me during and after the service to explain his findings and plans. Will definitely use him again!

+ -1 moreWhen Carter came out to assess the situation, he was running a little late. I appreciated that he called to let me know. He showed up right when he said he would after the phone call. He took some time to look at the unit and explain to me what needed to be done. I received the quote the same day, and had a follow-up call as well. We decided to use Economy to switch to a heat pump, and they were able to come out the same week I was quoted. They arrived at the scheduled time, gave me a 6 hour estimate for the work done, and got to work. All three workers were very friendly and polite. They cleaned up the messes they made. After about 6 hours, they were finished with their job! Carter walked me through all the work performed. He showed me how to work the new thermostat and explained the changes that were made inside and outside the house. I'm satisfied with the work performed.
Description of Work: A home inspector recommended I get my air and heating checked and changed due to health and safety issues with cracks in the furnace and other potential problems. I called Economy to come out and inspect and give a recommendation on what to do. They recommended switching from a furnace to a heat pump (something the previous owner wanted done), and that service was performed.
