Very well. Although the nest location was not clearly visible the technician promptly located the nest. He then treated the nest and a wide area about the nest. The result was that there were no further yellow jacket attacks on persons being in our yard.

They're great, and have taken care of mice, roaches, and carpenter ants for us. The great thing about them is they will come out at any time to do a second check and take care of the bugs again. Through a separate department with their company, you can also sign up for termite inspections (they come out once a year to do a house check).

We already had service with Cook's at our other house so decided to sign a contract for this one. We wanted quarterly service, as we did at the other house, but were told they no longer did that and would only come monthly, at the rate of $37 per month. We requested that each monthly service be done within the first working week of the month. Apparently, none of the technicians have a calendar. The first tech showed up and announced he was not our technician, that we had not been permanently assigned yet, so he would do it temporarily. Our and quot;permanentand quot; technician turned out to be a nightmare. He was never- I mean never- on time, if he showed up at all. There were several months we found a bill for and quot;outside serviceand quot; hanging on the door but had no way of knowing if he had been there or not, as he almost never called to make arrangements. We later discovered he was falsely billing and changing service dates to make it look as though he was servicing all of his accounts within a month's time. He was fired, but we had been months at that point virtually without service we had paid for. I called customer service and they were very easy to deal with but, ultimately, we still wound up paying for unsatisfactory service. The next guy was very pleasant and did a great job the first few months but gradually started slipping away from the agreed upon service time. Again, I called customer service and reminded them that we wanted service within the first working week of the month and they assured me they would talk to him. They did, alright, and he was p*****. He showed up and essentially told me I had no right to call, that I should have just talked to him. He seemed to feel almost above reproach! I reminded him again of the time frame and the next month or two he barely made it, always calling right before he intended to show up rather than planning in advance so I could be there to let him in to do inside service. So, again, we were back to never knowing when he was going to show up and finally, when he called on the 14th, I called and cancelled service. Just more of a headache than we were willing to continue with!

They've been very good. I haven't seen any bugs. I think their pricing is reasonable. They come on schedule.

When we first got out here, there were a lot more bugs and there seems to be quite a reduction since we used them. They were excellent. They're not the lest expensive o my research but you definitely get what you pay for.

The man who came was punctual and polite. I had a lot of questions and he seemed to have the heart of a teacher as he patiently answered. I have small children and a dog. We had noticed some black widows outside of our house. I had called terminex and scheduled an appointment for our house to be sprayed but they only spray once every three months and they charge the same price as cooks for a monthly plan so I cancelled with terminex and scheduled with Cooks. The man from cooks who came to my house said that they have found that the product everyone uses begins to lose effect after 27 days so it is important to spray monthly. It sounds like this will also be better for my kids with the way they place the product. I will update as to whether I continue to see black widows after they spray.

They are friendly and consistent. They have been taken care of this house for years. We just stick with a good thing. We will continue to use their services.

They are prompt and punctual. I will continue to use them.

We have a yearly contract. I like that I don't have to call them, they call me.

I have been using them since July, when I moved into this house. I do not have any bugs, which is why I stay with them.

They are really good, they come out and do it then send us a bill. He pays it online, they are very nice and patient when we forget to pay the bill.
