I have my ceiling fan working.I couldn't find one single nail trash anywhere around the house.We could wait for the materials only 65.

I desired a very low cost provider who could pull the city permit and get the job done cheaply. I have extensive knowledge and would have done the work myself if allowed, but this is not the case with modern permit requirements. The one licensed electrician supervised the work of two or three workers. I was quite happy with this arrangement as paying for licensed electricians to perform all of the tasks is about twice as expensive (as my competing bids show). They ran new wiring in the ceiling/walls as needed, and passed the city inspection without any trouble. They had to drop the power from the pole at the house and re-connect to a new service. We both knew this was required, everything went great. They billed the price they bid and I could not have asked for more. Since I was more knowledgeable (about electrical codes and work) than most of the workers I was present & comfortable. If someone is less comfortable they might want to select different provider and pay the ~ double cost for licensed electricians to perform all of the work.
