+ -1 moreI called several companies and either got a voice mail or no answer until I called Air Con. They told me the on call tech would call me within the hour and it was less than 15 minutes. He was at our house within the hour and was able to determine what the problem was right way. After returning from his parts department he had the new fan installed in short order.I could have saved myself some money by scheduling a repairman during the week, but living in the south during the summer you do not mess with the air conditioning.
Description of Work: The fan on the air conditioner broke and of all days on the weekend. Although I did not know what was wrong, the fan motor ended up being replaced.

+ -1 moreSee above. Owner not helpful, rude and unprofessional. Workers were prompt, however they do not know what they are doing. The AC unit was replaced only after we threatened a law suit and worked through the manufacturer. It was an overall miserable experience. We will never use this company again, and would strongly encourage others not to as well.
Description of Work: Got number from Angies List. Called to fix air conditioner. Took 4 months during the summer to finally get a new air conditioner installed from the factory. After installation had 2 instances where the unit went out again and leaked all over hardwood floors. Called again when thermostat and heating unit went out. Called ONLY because the unit was under warranty. After 2 days and another $375 told I needed an electrician to rewire my house. Called another HVAC company. They were able to come in and fix the unit and thermostat perfectly.
