Description of Work: First initial contact was great, came out as they said but work was terrible. Covered up bad areas in the floor that needed to be replaced, toilet was not level, bubbles in the laminate flooring. When asked to come back out to fix the issuses never came. Then finally came after 2-3 weeks of the run around and gave me a speech about what needs to be done but claimed they didn't have any tools to fix it. Then hit us with some extreme prices to fix problems they originally was going to fix from the start. Terrible company, I wouldn't use them again or ever

+ 0 moreHe came at 8am the morning after I called for service. He and his helper did a full inspection of my roof and soffit areas and showed me the pictures he took of what needed repair. After I agreed to the repair and the price, he went right out and got the supplies and finished it right away. After the work was done, I asked him about some other things that needed to be repaired at my home, since he does everything- not just roofs. He said I would get a repeat customer discount on anything further I would like to have done. I'll be using his company again.

Description of Work: They did an entire re-roof job on an oddly roofed building some 5,000 square feet with heat applied modified bitumin. | |Much better price and methodology than other bidders, who touted more modern materials that had absolutely no track record. | |They were extremely professional and have even been back after the job to check up on how the new roof is holding up.
