landline phone service
+ -1 moreI called and cancelled the service on 8/7/16. Later I received a bill for services after that date. I called Impact Telecom and they stated I can't cancel by phone, the service has to be cancelled by email. Because of this I am being billed an additional $9.21.
Description of Work: I called to cancel the service for my long distance provider. The cost above is per month.
