We used the Tri-City folks several times. We have had moles in our yard, which were treated after our initial Home Advisor request. A technician returned a month later to recheck the areas of the yard to see if the moles had been eradicated. The moles seemed to be gone. At the beginning of the next year, the moles were back and we called Tri-City again. They got rid of them again, but the moles returned this past fall. We understand that the moles who don't die can simply move to a more hospitable area, and they might return to our yard eventually. We have been very happy with Tri-City's services and personnel. When we call them they have come out promptly to help us. They are all very personable and helpful. There is a 90 day quarantee on their services.

very professional, explained everything, answered all questions

Initially I was very comfortable with the company. However, after a couple weeks to get the termite biome/installation, I m still not sure it was done correctly. There is not evidence of part of the liquid being laid on one of the house. Overall it was less expensive than other companies though.

I needed an inspection to complete a refi app. The service pro Todd asked how sonn and I told him asap. This was around 5pm. He asked if 7am the next day would work. The inspection was completed and sent to the bank before close of business. Now that's service.

When Todd came out to the house he did a thorough inspection. He explained to me everything that the technician would do. Tiffany is an excellent technician. She did everything that Tood said she would do. If I had question she didn't hesitate to answer. Also our issue has been resolved as far as I can see. Thank you guys so much.

Todd from this company was polite, very accommodating in scheduling and very efficient in his service. Sometimes service representatives when they enter your house they seem to forget that this is someones home. Great job and I would use them again.
