Todd was patient, professional and low pressure in answering questions. Both pest control and termite control were taken over and installed professionally. Of course, over time remains to be seen, but positive experiences so far.

We recently used Tri-City for termite treatment for our house. Everyone I dealt with at Tri-City were polite, prompt, and able to explain what they were doing and what the product they were administering was. The pest control pro doing the work at my house accidentally hit a hot water pipe under the concrete in my garage. The pipe was in an obscure place and there was no way for him to know that the pipe was there. He had a plumber out there and the pipe fixed before he was even done with the termite treatment. We had hot water that night. I highly recommend these guys based on quality of work, politeness, ability to explain the treatment process and product, and their response to the accidental hitting of the water pipe.

I had used you all to find pest control a little less than a couple months back. Trying to review the Tricity Pest Control people and the link will not work. They did terribly. I was told they would search the attic and seal any holes they may find for squirrels and under the house as well. I was very clear I did not want just poison tossed and sprayed. I wanted preventative measures and was willing to pay for them. They came while only my roommate was here, and they did just that. Tossed poison in the attic without looking for any entrances. And the same in the crawl space. Then sprayed while it was raining, they told us they would be back in 2 weeks to respray because of the rain. And I have never heard back. I almost feel robbed since they clearly did none of the work I asked for, besides tossing poison, which I was clear I did not want that to be the only thing done. I even signed a paper saying I'd pay a lower flat rate monthly for a year to treat the issues, and never heard back after they took my first big payment.

Excellent service, called them on a Friday night after hearing rodents in the walls and they cam out Saturday and treated the inside, outside and crawl space under my house. They even put some small pellets in my air vents to eliminate odors. The treatment worked very well. Within 24 hours, the noise of rodents in the walls stopped and I saw no rodent activity outside. It has been quiet every since. I have tried two other pest control companies, with no positive results. this is the only company that did something that worked very well. I would highly recommend Tri-City Termite Pest Control to everyone. Very good company!

Response was quick. Friendly and professional. Complete and thoroughly detailed explanation of materials, techniques, and cost. Showed up at time stated, explained exactly what would be done and cleaned up completely and left it just the way it was when arrived. Will be using them for future inspections.

There had been 3 people coming to our house (including the owner of the company) and all of them are super friendly and nice. They explained everything thoroughly. The employees seem to take pride of their job. Seems like the company treat them well. That's the kind of company we would like to hire for our needs. They sprayed the house thoroughly and clean the spider web adound the house even pointed out molds we need to watch out for.. attention to detail 👍

Tri-City Termite & Pest Control quickly addressed my rodent infestation problem in the crawl space underneath my home. Thus far, the chipmunks (or whatever they were) have not returned. The Tri-City personnel were polite, professional and did what was needed. I am pleased with their service and recommend them to others.

Todd was outstanding. Very prompt customer service and extremely helpful with providing recommendations and helpful insight. I intend to hire him again should I need help with pest control in the future.

I spoke Terminix and Orkin first I usually prefer the familiarity of huge companies...boy was wrong. They asked no questions or empathy...when do u want us to come ....can't quote the rate over phone or even give me ballpark figure. So I used Home Advisor for the first time. When I got call from Tri City Termite and Pests Control they was very thorough. They asked very relevant questions and very knowledgeable. I set up a plan for monthly service that day because I received price that same day. Great Experience!

It's difficult to rate the work quality as the work was just completed and it will take time to see the actual results. I gave them a 4 because Nate was polite and plunged right into the project even though he was not feeling well. As for the money, I could have gone with another company for about $250 less but quality with either company is difficult as I cannot forecast either company's quality or value as I didn't hire the one company and it's too soon to determine the actual quality of the work completed. But the customer service was outstanding and everything was thoroughly explained and I appreciated the extra touch!
