+ -1 moreI called Thad and we set up a time for him to come to my house. He was punctual and services the units. One unit was in the attic while the others were on the main level and the basement. Thad had me come and look at the unit in the basement to show that it was showing wear and tear. He said to continue using till it got worse. He was not pushing selling an additional unit, that is.
