Redemption Restoration is a Hard surface restoration and carpet cleaning company. We have 4 key elements that work simultaneously that creates a SUCCESSFUL cleaning experience for customer. Those 4 key elements are Solution, ( pre treatment that emulsifies the soils that are on your hard surface or carpet). Pressure,( depending on the type of surface we are cleaning we range from 150 psi for carpet to 2500 psi for concrete) Heat,( we are also able to select how much heat to use which not only helps with the general cleaning but it also sanitizes your hard surface, Our temp range is up to 240 degrees. The last key element is Vacuum,( While we are cleaning your hard surface or carpet , We are not just pushing those soils around we are surgically removing them). In most cases, leaving your hard surface or Carpet with a like new appearance .

Absolutely nothing!
Description of Work: Tile cleaning was scheduled after a deal was purchased through living social. The man never showed for the appointment. I tried to call him thinking maybe their was confusion about the appointment time but he didn't answer and never returned my call. He never showed up and I never heard from him even though I had already purchased the promotion for his tile cleaning services and I had left him multiple messages. Thankfully, I was able to get my money back through living social.
