Description of Work: They are not a "complete" home service company. Lack licenses for General Contractor, Electrical or plumbing work. Failed to properly remove the popcorn ceiling, framed out the half wall too short, and without consultation with the client screwed drywall to the ceiling to cover up the popcorn ceiling. From day one the owner complained about a prior customer, advised me that the job was a long drive, was upset that a building permit was pulled, and lead me to believe he was coming back (to include sending his tile guy to my home to provide a quote that was never provided) but never showed even after sent money for the demo work. The end result was additional labor and material costs to me to replace the damaged ceiling and months behind on the project. Buyer beware and get copies of all licenses before proceeding.

We were run off in 3 days of a 3 week job for no reason and this is not how the job went at all. I had a bad feeling about him from day one and knew I should of never taken the job. He knew from day one I am not a general contractor only a licensed remodeler so he pulled the permits and was leading the job himself we were just doing the labor. I didn't take a dime to start the project, also when I made the quote I wasn't aware how many plumbing fixtures he had purchased for the shower so when the plumber showed up to give a price, a plumber I recommend, the price was more and when i informed him he got upset and told us to leave the job on just that bases even though I told him he was welcome to hire anyone . That morning everything was great he was complementing on our great work until he thought he might have to pay a little extra which we went through thoroughly in my contract days before and he knew was a possibility. a week or so later he calls me back and apologizes and offers to pay me for what we had done, which I never said a word about until he offered, so I took it because I had time and materials involved. I guess after he called other people and found out what it would cost he wanted us back but after the way he tried to hussle me I wanted no part of it. In good spirits I sent him names of a couple of subs of mine that agreed to do the work cheaper than what I was going to do it for but apparently he never called them. I never complained and made it very clear I just didn't feel right about his actions and felt I was going to loose money from start but started the job anyways. We were supposed to do a full bathroom gut and remodel and we had just started the project and the day we started I explained in my contract that the plumber would have to pull a permit and it might cost more , he signed and said it was fine then got all upset 3 days later. I try to go through every hoop to make people happy but this was one of the jobs it would never happen no matter what we did.

Description of Work: We had to rip out a bathroom and remodel due to a leak in the wall. The contractor was thorough, and kept us informed of all damage and issues they found along the way. They did a superb job on the tile in the shower and on the floor. We will definitely hire again for future inprovements.

Description of Work: We contracted Complete Home Improvements for 2 bathroom renovations, painting and/or staining of a fence, 2 decks, shutters, and foyer. As well as replacing lighting throughout the home, pressure washing the home, and various repairs we fell behind on. Up front we were made aware of the estimated time to complete the work, and a plan was made to accommodate our family living in the home while it was under renovations. Work was completed within the time frame given. Justin and his team cleaned both the exterior and interior from the days work on a nightly basis. And storage needs were discussed as needed. The work was completed to our satisfaction, and showed Justin and his team take great pride in providing the customer a professional final result.

He seemed prompt as far as getting me the estimate and I like the fact that he did it in writing. He was pretty specific about the materials, what parts he thought he'd use.

It went well Jason and Jake work really hard it was not a easy job there were a lot of hidden problem . They took care of all the problem I would used these guy for any problem that I might have. They are really good at what they do . I give them a A+

As you can see it was a good sized job. Justin came out right away and gave us an estimate the next day. He had a few other jobs booked before he could get started with us. When he got started he and his helper got to work and worked hard every day. Justin and Jacob were very respectful of our space and kept it as clean as possible each day when they left. I am very happy with the quality of the work they did. Justin always kept me updated on how the job was going and what was next. I would use him again in the future and recommend him highly.

All new gutters with gutter guard were installed around the whole house. The grading by the front door was perfect. The workmanship was excellent. The whole project was done on time. The owner of the company,Justin Mooneyhan, is very knowledge in his trade, easy to reach and provided very useful suggestions in selecting the gutters and drains. All the gutters and drains are working perfectly. He is honest and works very hard to provide best possible service. Highly recommended .

We received multiple estimates and Complete Home Improvement was selected for the project. We were very pleased that the whole project was done professionally and on time. The basement was restored to the pre-water damage condition and it looked beautiful. We highly recommend the company for any home improvement projects.

Justin and crew were awesome. He was up front with all the costs and timeline. The work was done well and respectful of the living spaces (i.e. tarping up areas to keep dust to a minimum and cleaning up every day). I love my new tile and closet. I would recommend Justin to anyone needing work done on their house!
Description of Work: Removed gas fireplace and created a closet. Chipped up old tile in kitchen and engineered wood in the dining room then laid new tile. Replaced back door. Also replaced some water damaged wood in the living room.

They did an excellent job. They were able to find similar siding, you can't even tell where the replacement starts. They were very thorough in identifying problems and suggested fixes that would be long-term fixes. They take their work very seriously, and take the initiative to do the job correctly. Our neighbors had highly recommended Complete Home Improvements to us. We used them this fall for a variety of interior work, and they did a great job on that as well. The house looks great inside and out!

We were very pleased with the work Justin did. He was very quick to come and and give us an estimate. It took a few weeks to get to us because his schedule is very busy. When he started on our job, he worked every day until he was finished. He was very particular about his work and did an excellent job. He was good to clean up after himself. We will definitely use him again.
Description of Work: Justin remodeled a bathroom and tiled another bathroom for us. For the remodeled bathroom, he replaced the rotting floor, tiled the floor, replaced faucet fixtures, did some plumbing for the tub, replaced part of the sheet rock, replaced some baseboards, scraped the popcorn ceiling and painted.

Lately i have become over run with calls and on top of the long list of work i already have, which i do all by my self , and honestly have been a little overwhelmend . Ive been trying to find help and havnt had luck finding people with my same cares and abilities for how the work should be done. Then last weekend i find out my grandfather had a stroke and is in for brain surgery. when we talked i wrote your info on a piece of paper to transfer to my planner and some how missed placed it and some were in all my confusion lost all your info to even come out. i appologize and if theres anything i can do to help please let me know. He is a young guy. He was extremely clean, very professional, and very polite. He was always on time. He cleaned up before he left everyday. We just really liked him. We would definitely recommend him to anyone. His price was similar to everyone else. It was average. We are using him again. As a matter of fact, he is coming back to remodel our kitchen.
