Overall, their work was ok in most areas. The feeder wiring from the old service panel to the new one was run across the attic walkway at the top of the folding stairs, because that was the easiest route. The wires were in the way and had to be boxed in. The service cable under the floor had to be removed and rerun because of electrical code problem, when the cable was rerun it was not attached to the floor joists correctly, fell down and is blocking the crawl space. One of the outside flood light fixtures fell down and was hanging by the wire because it was not attached correctly. In the breaker box, the circuit breakers were not identified. I called and left messages about these problems, but was never contacted in return. I also passed the problems along to the general contractor, but they were not acted upon. They didn t always show up when they said they would. I found Quality Electrical Service very difficult to contact.
