Description of Work: Had a situation a couple of years ago where the sewer system backed up into our first floor utility room, garage and part of a living space. Our insurance company recommended Puroclean. They were very prompt and professional. They had several guys come out to clean up the water, clean our floors and also any of our belongings that came in contact with the water. Very thorough job. They even had to cut out some of the sheet rock that got wet to prevent further damage to the walls as well as some carpet. They left drying equipment for several days and came back to inspect to make sure all was good. | |Considering all that they had to do I thought the price was very reasonable. I would not hesitate to call them again if I had another issue.

This organization is extremely responsive and professional. They provided detailed quotes of every service performed and the exact charges for each detail. They customized their work plan based on some services that I did not want such as spraying anti-microbial chemicals on the wood. They cleaned the wood inmy crawlspace very well and removed all the old torn insulation and the vapor barrier. They also inspected other things like duct work and informed me of some other issues that needed to be addressed (by other contractors). Their pricing was competitive on all work, particularly when I was able to pick and choose the services I needed. I would recommend them on any future work.
