Description of Work: I spoke with Mr. McCravy yesterday about both a washer and dishwasher leak. He was here by 8:30 this morning. He patiently went through wash cycles locating and fixing the problem. He assured me he would return in the event the washer again leaks. He also performed a minor repair on my dishwasher saving hundreds from the purchase of a new one. He's very personable and respectful. I will call him again in the future.

Description of Work: I got his name, et al, from Angies List and called him on a Sat. He normally does work on Sat but came out anyway. He asked me before coming out certain indications of the problem and was able to diagnose the solution and brought the appropriate repair part. It took him about an hour to melt the ice from the problem area and then replaced the bad part with an upgraded part. He said to wait 24 hours to allow the part the work. The fridge has been working like a new one now. He saved me about $1200 by not buying a new fridge. I am very pleased with his results.
