I have waited and waited and waited for them to return to the job to finish what they said they would do, and I'm still waiting and this is like the eighth phone call back to them to follow through with just basic caulking, flashing, this type thing on the roof. This has gone on for months. I think I've done everything I could possibly do to work with these folks, but they came and did just like one tenths of what they said they were going to do, and that was like last November, and it's just been phone calls to remind them and they're very nice when you remind them, but then they don't come. They sent a bill for what they did, I went ahead and paid that, after they called back and said that they knew that it would be another month before they would get to the rest of the job. The whole process started in September, and they didn't show after a few calls, until November.

I actually bought a coupon from the local bid on Huntsville auction for 100ft of gutters. I needed all gutters replaced but I knew this was a start. Basically I got approx $1,600 of gutter work for $1,100 so the total price I paid was great. I do think the $1,600 price was really good given other quotes that I had received. The entire process was really easy. I called and spoke to Mike and he got my address, come out and measured everything and then got the numbers together and called me back with the final price. I give them the go ahead and all the work was completed on the day they scheduled. They took down the old gutters and replaced all the gutters on the house. They even made sure the color match was correct for the house. Could not have been any easier and the job is top notch. I will definitely call on them the next time I need any work done that they offer.

We got a new roof the day we needed it.
