+ -1 moreI liked the fact that when he came around the second time the one thing that he asked me was for their improvement, what he could do. When he came the first time, he taught me so many things that I could do to improve the home. And when he was doing the appraisal, he explained what makes the value of the home more and what makes it less. He also explained how he does the calculations and all. Christopher is very easy to talk to. I am going to call him again in two months to appraise another property.
Description of Work: We've used Certified Appraisal Services twice. The name of the guy who did the appraisals both times was Christopher Looney.
