 + -1 moreI called Tracy Butler, owner and operator of Butler Services, and spoke with him on Monday about his company's ability to perform the service I wanted on short notice, and a rough estimate. Despite being busy when he answered my call, he took the time to view my home on Google Maps Street View to provide a cost estimate, and he reviewed his crew's schedule to offer a time period the next afternoon to perform the work. Late on Tuesday morning I called Tracy again. He took my call while out on a job. He patiently answered follow-up questions I posed. Later in the early afternoon, the approximate time at which he'd promised to have his work crew at my home, he text messaged me to inform me they were on the way. While at my home his crew was courteous, professional, swift and effective. Overall, Butler Services performed superbly.
Description of Work: Installed approximately 160 feet of C9 Christmas lights along gutters and fascia of a large, two-story home.

 + -1 moreButler services came too give an estimate, he showed up late an said he has no TOOLS to perform my inspection/estimate. He told me he wood be back the next day with tools. The next day he no showed,no call, nothing. I had to call/text him an finally he called an said he could not give me a time he would be back. Great Way to Run a Business!!!!! Totally unprofessional.
