Description of Work: I have used the services of Artic Refrigeration Service on the 20th of November 2010. They put in a new air conditioning unit for my house.

Description of Work: Very positive experience. Let me start off by explaining that I am very hard to please and expect quality work and attention to detail as well as quality products. I requested many quotes for the complete removal and replacement of the heat pump and duct work for our home. I had very specific requirements for the replacement. The ducts had to be insulated on the outside to prevent mold growth on the inside of air passages. The system had to incorporate Ultra Violet lights to reduce bacteria and mold and had to include an electrostatic filter to remove dust and pollen and other airborne pollutants. I also had the requirements for the additional features to be accessible from the exterior of the house. This required special ductwork to accommodate the UV filter / Electrostatic filter with an access opening for servicing between the outside unit and the wall of the house. We requested a much larger cotton based return filter to catch airborne particles that would pass by an ordinary furnace filter. The house also needed some additional vents to cool problem areas that we had experienced prior to the new system. Artic Refrigeration was not only the best value they also were eager to accommodate my special requests.
