Description of Work: It's been more than 3 years since they did this work. I really don't remember any of the details. They replaced the glass in a window where the glass had cracked. It looked just like all the other windows when they were done. I have no idea what the year was, much less the date!

 + -1 moreIt was a very good experience. They came out to take the measurements. They called me promptly to give me the estimate. I gave them 1/2 down. One week later they called to setup a time to come out. They came out on time as scheduled and completed the work. I will use this company from now on whenever I need glass replacement. By the way, my wife and I were contemplating getting new windows, but replacing the glass only saved us a lot of money. Our windows are in good shape so it made sense for us to only replace the glass.
Description of Work: This company replaced the glass in four windows where the seal had broken.

 + -1 moreI WALKED IN NOT KNOWING ANYTHING ABOUT HOW TO REPLACE THIS SMALL BUT UNIQUE PIECE OF GLASS, AND HAD THE ORDER COMPLETED WITHIN MINUTES, AND IT WAS READY FOR PICKUP TWO DAYS LATER. I INSTALLED IT, AND IT FITS GREAT. IT MAY BE A VERY SMALL PROJECT, BUT I AM HAPPY.
Description of Work: REPLACEMENT PANE FOR ONE LOUVER OF A JEALOUSY-SASH STYLE STORM DOOR.
