They arrived and diagnosed the problem that had been missed completely by another plumbing company. The other company had fiddled with the "innards" of the toilet tank and had snaked the drain. The sound of running water persisted through two visits from this other company. We called Mike's because they had performed work at a neighbor's home across from us, and we were impressed with the work they did locating an outside leak in pipes on the homeowner side of the meter. They cleaned up so well after digging a hole for the repair, you couldn't even tell they had been there. In our repair, they found the toilet had a crack that was allowing water to leak into the drain so they replaced the toilet. They quickly left to get a new toilet, returned, and replaced it. They were professional and thorough in their work.

A representative was dispatched to the house (name withheld). He listened to my explanation re: the issue....primarily with regard to irrigation. Looked at piping and then called an irrigation specialist that they dealt with. Turns out...same one that installed part of my system. Didn't come up with a solid solution but said he would go back to shop to discuss potential fixes and estimates with colleagues and get back to me. Never heard from them again!!

The problem was repaired and they were very professional and friendly.

Provider was owner's son. He was very professional, prompt, and knowledgeable. It took only a short while for him to diagnose and repair the problem, as well as to replace the seals on our leaky faucets. I will definitely use these folks for a project I have upcoming....honest and competent.

The owner Mike was supposed to come by and install a new fan. He no called no showed.

All the listed areas of concern were fixed the first day. However, I noticed slight leaking in the master toilet (one of the ones that was fixed) later that night. I called them the next morning at 8:30am and within 2 hours, Mike's son came back to fix the problem. I know some people might ask the question, "Why the leakage?" I'm a firm believer that "things happen at times beyond our control. I was very pleased with the fact the they returned quickly and fixed the problem, I did have to pay another $20 to replace a device in the toilet, but I had no issues with that. Will we use them again? Most definitely! I trust their work and appreciate their professionalism.

Mike's Plumbing and Electric LLC was dispatched by American Home Shield (AHS) on 8/17/15 for warranty service on a leaking closet flange. After dispatch, the contractor was supposed to call the homeowner and set up a time for service. Having received no phone call by 8/19/15, I initiated the phone call myself, which went straight to voicemail. I received a phone call back from Mike himself within an hour. I explained the problem and provided him the dispatch number. He indicated that he would not be able to get to it that day, but would likely get to it on 8/20/15. No follow-up phone call was ever received. On 8/21/15, another phone call was placed by myself and the warranty service company, both of which went straight to voicemail. They were referred to me by my brother. He was very fair. I was very pleased. They cleaned up after themselves, they were on time when they said they were going to be here, and very professional. I would definitely recommend them. There wasn't anything I didn't like about them. He got right back to me.

They came over, repaired the leak, did a very professional job. Came back 2 months later to fix a broken toilet. Very courteous and professional.
