Team Hill Construction

Team Hill owner gave us a verbal quote to perform the job. We were still waiting on insurance adjuster to come in 1.5 months after the tornado. After adjuster came, we received a check from insurance company, called the owner, and within the week, they were working on our roof. The owner kept his verbal agreement on the cost, even though the cost of the shingles had gone up quite a bit when he bought the materials. The roofing manufacturers had raised prices because of the tornado damage in our area and other areas. Team Hill never asked to do another quote. In two days, they were finished with our roof.

Due to the rain, this job took longer than expected but I'm thrilled with the results. The house looks amazing now!

They seemed to have done a good enough job on the roof. The painter they had come out was really great. Only one spot of paint after painting the ceilings. The roofer didn't want to use the shingles that I had picked out. The roofing looked nice. It seemed to take a reasonable amount of time. The ceiling repair took longer than I thought it should. When they dropped the ceiling they dropped it onto antique furniture and damaged the furniture. They didn't try to cover the furniture before doing this. When adding the design to the ceiling some plaster was dropped onto the furniture. We couldn't get it cleaned out. They took a light down and couldn't put it back up. Update on 2/4/13 He has not adequately taken care of fixing my furniture and carport overhang as he agreed he would. He did offer money to help cover some of the furniture repair-which I took- but he paid it to the upholster, he did not pay it to me. Also, it did not adequately cover the cost, and now in order to get it fixed properly I am almost $2000 in the hole. I tried to call him about a month ago in relationship to the carport overhang getting fixed and he never responded back.
