Contributing factor to the early failure of the system that was in our house when we bought it was the under-sized return air ducting installed by the original HVAC contractor. Randy rebuilt the return air ducting & plenum, installed new feed lines to the boots & installed & piped in the gas to the new unit. Randy is meticulous in his work and all conduit was well-routed and securely fastened to the house and unit. The shroud around the feed/return ducts was a work of art, with all edges turned under so no sharp metal exposed. Price gets a "B" because Randy supplies high-end equipment so the price grade is more reflective of the equipment pricing and not of Randy's labor rates. There have been service items needed in the years since the unit was installed and Randy has been prompt and thorough in servicing those needs, and his pricing is always fair. He even worked with the equipment manufacturer to help get a price offset on a motor that failed early, though out of warranty. Randy is a conscientious contractor and a credit to his profession.
