+ -1 moreCalled at 7:30 a.m. and left message ---- another 100 degree day expected. He returned the call right away. After listening to my story, he patiently explained that this may be something that I could take care of myself. Wow. I followed the instructions he gave and VOILA! that took care of the problem. (Basically to blow out the condensation drain pvc pipe). I used my shop-vac to blow and also used it to suck out the water in the pan and that which was in the reservoir formed by the ceiling dry-wall and ceiling joists. One day later, it's bone dry. Can't thank Bowman's enough!!! And for his advice, he charged me nothing!!!!!!!! If ever I need anything along these lines, this'll be my first stop.
Description of Work: Air conditioner condensation drain was leaking --- water leaked through ceiling. Drain pan under AC unit in attic contained about 1" of water. Woke up to find the kitchen floor wet from the leak.

+ -1 moreThe price was comparable to other companies. He was great! He cleaned up well and even replaced all the insulation that was damaged. I will continue to use him in the future and would recommend them to others. I have even talked with him about doing some work for my business.
